Noll Electronics LLC began as a collaboration between two engineers (Nathan Olivares and Lenno Liu) in late 2020, shortly after graduating from Georgia Tech. The company was founded in early 2021 as research and development continued on steno keyboards. More products are planned but nothing is set in stone quite yet. Nathan will also sometimes decide to make and sell random things for the fun of it.

Shipping Information

We currently ship all domestic (United States) orders using USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days). If USPS services your address, we can ship to you. Please give us a few days to prepare your order! Most orders should ship within 1-2 business days, but some may take up to 1 week. 

One big feature you’ll notice in packages shipped from us is our aim towards sustainability. The only single use plastics in our packages comes from the packing tape (and the unavoidable individual wrapping from the manufacturer on our cases and some cables). Our boxes and packing material are 100% recyclable.

We have many international shipping options now! The biggest cost factor in international shipping is weight, and ordering an Ecosteno with the carrying case will bump the package up to the next shipping class. If you're trying to keep things as cheap as possible, the cheapest way to ship an Ecosteno is without the case (though you can add two cables and still be under the weight limit). This difference shouldn't be much more than ~$7 though.

For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any and all customs and import taxes.

International Shipping Restrictions

We may not be able to ship to Afghanistan, Bhutan, Brunei, Central African Republic, Chad, Cuba, Eritrea, French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Laos, Liberia, Libya, Martinique, Mayotte, Mongolia, Papua New Guinea, Reunion (Bourbon), Saint Pierre and Miquelon (Miquelon), Samoa, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, South Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, and Yemen due to USPS service suspensions 

Additionally, we cannot ship to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria due to sanctions.

Otherwise, we should be able to ship to you!

Return & Refund Policy

All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the product. To be eligible, the item must be defective and still be in like-new condition. You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item.

Please note that small cosmetic imperfections such as scratches, off-center holes, and etc. are not considered defects.

Refunds equal to the product price will be issued once we receive the returned merchandise.
We are unable to refund shipping and handling costs.
